01 — Initial Contact

Once initial contact is made, we will reach out to discuss your project to make sure that Anova Security is a good fit for you.

02 — Scoping of Work & Proposal

We will schedule a follow-up discussion to further evaluate your needs, timeline, and budget. After the scope is determined, we will present a proposal and quote for your project.

03 — Design & Planning

Once the proposal is accepted and paperwork is completed, we will proceed with project planning. You will receive a detailed schedule and timeline for project milestones. We will set up the necessary technology and access to ensure that project can commence as planned.

04 — Implementation & Feedback

This is when the main bulk of work happens. Regular check-ins will be scheduled with your team to assess progress against timelines and gather feedback. We also do our best to accommodate our clients with special needs if change in plans arise. Communication is key in making this part of the process a success.

05 — Maintenance

Just like how most products have warranty, we offer a certain number of complimentary consultation hours post-project to support you on ongoing questions you might have.
